Feedback questions

We'd really appreciate if you can help us by answering these questions about the game:

  1. Do you think a "auto-shoot if in range" mechanic would be better for this game?
  2. Do you feel like the game is missing a minimap to help navigate?
  3. What do you think about a mechanic where you could speed up your boat in cost of your points?
  4. What kind of ".io games" mechanics, or any other mechanic type would you like in the game?
  5. Please give any other constructive feedback you want.

Thanks for playing!

Hi! I like games like that!
1. Hard to say, maybe "auto-shoot if in range" good idea, need to try.

2. There are points of interest to show on minimap? Or to find oppnents?

3. Speedup, repair, stun enemy, make dummy copy of your ship while you invisible running, put temporary mines/vertexes.

4. 5. If say about IO games, you can do some like that where you are big worm and must take area as much as can. But in your cases use Islands for capturing or area from island to island. To protect you can put guns or even some kind of bases on it for points.  Im sorry if it unclear, I am not a game dev :)

Hi, thanks a lot for your feedback! So glad to see people taking their time to help fellows on internet.

  1. The idea would be to have a auto-shoot so that the action button (spacebar) do something different, as speeding up.

  2. Yes, to find opponents and PvE bases.

  3. Good ideas! Players could change their playstyle based on those skills. This has got me thinking.

4.5. Yes, the intention for this game is to be simple (2 or 3 controls), fast multiplayer casual game. I like your suggestions, we are really trying to bring those competition elements to the game that would fit the gameplay.

We want to achieve that kind of “snowball” effect where the first player feels powerful, but at the same time there is still chance for a small player to win, if he plays well.
